       Participated in selection process, developed and produced three new plays per season on the Nikos Stage. 
       Selected and produced reading series of six new plays per season.
       Ran Literary Department, including soliciting and managing over one thousand plays a year from agents as well as
              unrepresented artists, hired and supervised two Literary Intern/Dramaturgs, trained and managed twenty volunteer
              readers.
       Administrated the L. Arnold Weissberger Playwriting Award, including soliciting and managing over 100 scripts per
              summer, selecting and leading an evaluation committee made up of top New York theatre professionals.
